I think that our popular food trends are growing. Our food industry is mostly always fluctuating with trends and fads. So many new restaurant owners or even QSR will all have to be careful what kind of "new trends" they input into their service because it is a possibility that it is not a trend and is in fact a fad. This could make or break a restaurant because some restaurants don't have to money or foundation to take such a failed hit.
