Personally this seems like a redundant waste of a news article to be published by "QSRMAGAZINE.com. If something is right at front door that is the main staple for food for you region why advertise it as sustainable. If I was an Alaska resisident I would be personally insulted because I would feel like the writer is insulting my iteligence. Obvioulsly if the fish are being bred at my water front they are obviously not being frozen, or killed and being held for months.
